Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling a range of financial products, including loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers in underserved areas, developing strategies to reach and engage with them effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated with the latest financial products and services, and continuously enhance your knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Represent the bank at various events, seminars, and community initiatives to promote financial inclusion and raise awareness.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software for sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work in different locations to reach underserved communities.
  • Fluency in local languages is an advantage, especially for roles targeting specific regions.
