Job Description

Key responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Mentor sales representatives. Motivate the team to maximize productivity and performance. Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and offer constructive feedback. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Set clear sales goals for team members. Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.

Operations and Performance:

Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team's performance aligns with company goals. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complex inquiries or negotiations. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align efforts.

Administration:

Maintain CRM tools and track sales activities. Ensure seamless order processing and delivery with other departments.
Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience in sales and leadership. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Deep understanding of sales methodologies and market dynamics.
