A Team Leader - Real Estate Sales is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations for residential and/or commercial projects. The role includes team supervision, client handling, and strategic planning to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
Handle key clients and support the team in high-value negotiations.
Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Develop sales strategies and promotional plans with marketing teams.
Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing structures.
Ensure accurate CRM updates, documentation, and compliance processes.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales executives.
