Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader - Logistics Sales
to lead and motivate a sales team in driving business growth for our logistics solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and expand existing client accounts in logistics services (road, air, sea, warehousing, etc.).
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members for professional growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

In-depth knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in logistics/freight industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
