Job Brief

We are looking for a Team lead for the Sales Team. The candidate should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. Should have leadership and team management skills. Work experience with EdTech is preferred. Knowledge of CRMs, Sales automation tools and Planning and Reporting sales targets is a definite advantage to this profile. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing team of sales personnel
  • Training on calls/sales pitch/objection handling
  • Setting team targets
  • Reporting on team performance
  • Planning and execution of improvement plans
  • Planning and forecasting team structure
  • Recruitment and selection of new team members – interviews and hiring
  • Strategizing and planning incentive structures based on targets monthly
• Planning and forecasting Leads to achieve targets
• Understanding marketing and nurturing of leads in the system
• Draft content marketing strategies using messaging, emailing, texting and execute campaigns to fulfill and develop B2C pipeline.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
• Providing suggestions on improvement of product based on research & analysis of competition & external environment of business.
• Planning the annual sales strategy based on course schedules and academic events.
• Management of CRM and Sales automation tools.
• Reporting on ROI on team resources and other efforts.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
• Team management skills
• Working knowledge of CRMs and Sales automation tools
• Mentoring, training and performance management of team members
• Leadership & objection handling skills
• Passionate about education and student journeys
