The Role



We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our US logistics sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US freight market, proven team-handling experience, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Drive new business acquisition in the US logistics / freight brokerage market Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets Identify opportunities across FTL, LTL, drayage, intermodal, and specialized freight Build and maintain strong relationships with US customers and key accounts

Team Management



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/associates Set clear sales targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team

Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as an escalation point for key customers Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention Coordinate closely with operations, pricing, and carrier teams

Market & Performance Analysis



Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews Optimize pricing strategies and improve conversion ratios

Process & Compliance



Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and US compliance standards Improve sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications



5+ years of experience in US logistics / freight brokerage sales Minimum 5 years of team-handling or managerial experience Strong understanding of the US freight market and sales cycle Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience working on US night shifts Proficient with CRM and sales reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?800,000.00 per year
