Our team is called Sales Productivity. We focus on identifying and removing friction from our internal systems and processes to make our salesforce more efficient and effective.

As a Sales Systems Specialist, you will be joining a cross-functional team of support associates, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, software engineers, enablement experts and sales operations professionals. In this role you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of career pathways such as Salesforce Administration, Business Systems Analysis and Project Management, as well other roles within Sales Operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to solve issues that are directed to the team from our various stakeholders and collaborators. You will also be involved in the delivery of high impact projects as well as the successful operation of sales technologies which are critical to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues escalated from the sales support team and end users related to our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects related to the optimization of MongoDB's strategy for sales technology and operations.
  • Become an expert on the existing configuration of tools & related processes
  • Become an expert in the "end user perspective" on how our systems are used.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the entire sales organization and ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations teams) to understand their constantly evolving needs.
  • Take ownership of data management of any data migrations and mass updates required as part of strategic projects.
  • Work with our external vendors to escalate issues and monitor resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Operations/Business Systems associate supporting a sales organization in a large Salesforce org.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the Salesforce platform e.g. Salesforce Admin certification, Trailhead module completion, or a project portfolio consisting of projects involving sales processes and technology.
  • Prior experience working in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Systems teams in a SaaS/tech company is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Sales Productivity/Sales Operations tools required, for example, Full Circle Insights, LeanData, ZoomInfo, DemandTools, Ringlead, LinkedIn products, Outreach, Clari, SalesLoft, People.ai etc.
  • Experience working with large data volumes is essential
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, but also able to explain complex issues, processes and solutions in clear and simple terms to those you work with.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manage.
  • Ability to juggle requests of varying urgency and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
