Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordination and support for the sales staff.
  • Assist the Sales staff in onboarding Channel Partners using backend software.
  • Responding to Channel Partner and Investor concerns and providing after-sales assistance.
  • Collaborating with business departments.
  • Good communication abilities and basic MS Excel & Google sheet knowledge (Vlookup & Pivot)



Experience & Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support of investment products (Added advantage if worked with startups in Alternate Investment Platform)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets, and investment products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
