Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join our team! As a Sales Support Executive support to the Sales team in entering/expediting sales orders, and administration. To develop a sound working relationship with the Sales/ Business Development team to support their day-to-day tasks. you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity. Sales are the biggest driver of our company\'s success, so your position play a crucial role at our company. Responsibilities and Duties Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops Identify bottlenecks in the sales process Suggest solutions in a timely manner Identify labor with needs, strengths and weaknesses Identify needs for sales skills improvement Set objectives and KPIs Set up and monitor sales processes Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all their sales related questions and concerns Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements Stay up to date with latest sales trends and best practices Our Requirements 1 year of experience as a Sales Support Executive or similar role. 1 year of experience in sales Knowledge of order input including contract review, preferred but not essential Knowledge of metals and their production methods, preferred but not essential Organized and accurate with attention to detail, essential Demonstrated ability to effectively organize work with minimal supervision Qualified to GCSE level in English and Mathematics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential Proficiency in MS Office Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills BS in Business or relevant field Additional certification in training is a plus Scope of Responsibility Contract review of sales orders (including checking tariff codes on the Stratix system) Amendments to existing orders from order amendment forms provided Outstanding order status reports for customers Creation of new Stratix codes Management of enquiry log Management of Test Piece stocks About BioUrja Group The BioUrja Group spans the globe with facilities in India, Singapore, Mexico and 25 locations across United States.
