SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE The sales support executive shall support to DGM Telecom for various activities to help him in ensuring: - \xe2\x97\x8f AOP and achieve 90% or more of the target \xe2\x97\x8f Generation of Leads / Opportunities. \xe2\x97\x8f Interact with customers chasing for orders / enquiry tracking. \xe2\x97\x8f Clarity of process & policyProduct Knowledge. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sending offers (tender based) and standard quotes. 2. For non-std engaging with Estimation Team and chasing them for quotes. 3. Reviewing the quotes before sending to customers. 4. Technical Submittals. 5. Checking with the customers / dealers whether they received the quotes. Working on the revised offers & its revised submittals time to time. 1. Filling new enquiries into ZOHO CRM. 2. Sending enquiry tracking to dealers & customers. 3. Chasing with dealers / customers to get the updated status (monthly twice). 4. Updating enquiry status into ZOHO CRM twice a month. 1. Generating data base of new contractors. 2. Calling them and finding the right person at purchase / technical dept. 3. Generating enquiries. 1. Technical Leaflets to dealers / customers. 2. Weekly enquiry Tracker. 3. Following on commercial activities with internal team (viz: PBG / ABG). Updating Performa Invoice KNOWLEDGE BBA with 1 year of experience Please list any other knowledge, skills, or abilities crucial to fulfilling the position\xe2\x80\x99s duties. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in MS Office (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word) \xe2\x97\x8f Good Communication Skills in English. \xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal skills.
