Summary: This position will work closely with the Account Development Colloboration (ADC) and Global Business Development (BD) Teams to support driving new business opportunities. In this role, your responsiblites will include collecting and analyzing internal and external data sources to identify, qualify, and provide/triage leads, contacts, and accounts for the ADC and BD Teams. Consistently supporting coverage of prospective accounts by targeting timely and focused content to ensure meaningful relationships are developed for any near term or future opportunities. Job responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the collection and management of selling/marketing content from the Clinical and Commercial Business Units that includes capabilities presentations, fact sheets, white papers, case studies, Pardot emails, and other content that can be leveraged by the BD and ADC Teams for prospecting.
  • Aggregates key information from new prospective accounts and develops an account profile including company overview, executive team, relationship mapping, upcoming opportunities, recent funding events, and other areas that can be leveraged by BD and ADC Teams for engaging new accounts.
  • Works with Sales Operations and Business Insights team on process improvements related to lead/target account identification, priotization, and assigment to BD and ADC Teams. Continuous evaluation to makes sure all priority accounts are being covered by BD and ADC Teams.
  • Works closely with BD sales representatives and manages the "Introduction to the team" videos with our Creative Solutions team and to provide Salesforce call entry from time-to-time.
  • Manage leads and requests that come in through our website and main phone number
  • Management of trackers and leads requested by associated businessines or received by the ADC Team (i.e. account lists, indication lists, lead lists, etc)
  • Monitors internal/external daily news sources for catalyst events and distribution to BD and ADC Teams.
  • Coordination of Global Corporate Communications & Marketing with BD and ADC Teams on conferences/webinars that includes:
  • Managing and sharing the upcoming calendar of events
  • Attending planning meetings and sharing communication
  • Generating and distributing call lists based on account assignments in Salesforce
  • Teamshare and Salesforce maintenance and clean up
  • Review and process confidential non-disclosure agreements with legal
  • Manage ADC Teamshare / Content Management
  • Establishes and maintains an appropriate internal network for business needs, including but not limited to, Business Units, Sales Operations, and Business Insights.
  • Participates in BD and ADC meetings to ensure consistency and alignment to activity.
  • Generates and analyzes reports to manage ADC metrics.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in business and/or life sciences)
  • Experience in, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and/or life sciences
  • Working knowledge of clinical development process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
  • CRM skills in managing a customer relationship database beneficial
  • Effective written interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct research using various online resources
  • Inquisitive problem-solving skills relating to diligently qualifying and researching clients
  • Above average attention to detail, accuracy and organizational, skills
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate persistence and achievement in hitting targets
