Job Description

Product Expertise:

Become the subject matter expert on the full suite of employee verification products, understanding features, technical integrations (e.g., HRIS/payroll systems), data sources, and legal/compliance considerations.

Targeted Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential client organizations that need employee verification solutions (e.g., HR departments, mortgage lenders, apartment property managers).

Consultative Selling:

Understand the client's specific business challenges (e.g., slow hiring process, regulatory risk, manual work) and present the employee verification product as the tailored solution.

Demonstration and Presentation:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value, efficiency, and security benefits of the verification platform.

Pipeline Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing enterprise-level deals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams (pre-sales, solution architects) for complex integrations and with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, regulatory changes (e.g., privacy laws), and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Technical & Product

Articulating complex technical concepts and compliance benefits clearly. Conducting tailored product demos.

Reporting & Strategy

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions . Developing and enhancing targeted sales strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven Sales Track Record:

Experience in B2B or Enterprise sales, or complex data/technology products.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with HR technology, background screening, fraud solutions, or the financial/lending industry is highly beneficial.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations and professional rapport building.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to listen to a client's specific needs and tailor the product offering to solve their unique problems.

Results-Oriented:

A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
