Job Description

- Support the marketing team in the execution of integrated campaigns; this can include
- Submitting requests to creative and development teams, helping facilitate discussions around questions, managing workflow and deadlines
- Proofreading marketing materials
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns from initiation and setup to obtaining reporting
- Contributing to social calendars, obtaining reports and locating imagery as needed
- Performing maintenance on data and segmenting lists
- Maintaining project trackers and calendars for the team
- Performing research and "secret shopping" of ecommerce retailers
- Assisting with direct mail campaigns including obtaining print and fulfillment quotes, placing orders, and occasional fulfilling and mailing
- Schedule meetings, preparing agendas and capturing and disseminating notes
- Facilitate approvals of various plans and project elements
- Set up marketing vendors with legal and accounts payable and managing payments
- Assist with completion of presentations and timelines
- Must be located in Jaipur itself.
- Looking for the freshers should have experience between 0-1 year.
