About the Role
We're looking for a
dynamic and energetic Sales Executive
to drive growth and engagement for our
Charter Business vertical
.
This role involves a blend of
sales, client relationship management, and process improvement
-- focusing on both
B2C (70%)
and
B2B (30%)
customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and scale the
Charter Business vertical
by identifying and engaging potential users (B2C & B2B).
- Build strong client relationships through prompt query resolution and consistent follow-ups (via calls & emails).
- Collaborate with
Operations and Customer Experience teams
to identify user needs and improve service delivery.
- Create and streamline processes to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the
Planning team
to analyze market trends and propose strategies for growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation, CRM updates, and reporting.
- Leverage
no-code tools
to develop and refine business workflows that improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Sales or Business Development
(preferably in B2C or service-based industries).
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
-- confident in handling client conversations.
- Strong
sales mindset
, with persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Tech-savvy -- familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and no-code platforms.
-Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in
rotational US shifts (7 PM onwards)
to support global operations.
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Knowledge of
logistics or aviation/charter business
is an added advantage.
