You will be working as Sales Specialist at global grade 14, reporting to Sales Manager - Product for Electrification business area, Smart Power division based in Ahmedabad, India. You will be responsible for working on low voltage switchgear products and building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunitiesYour responsibilities Mapping and converting panel builders in defined segments and generate sales Identifying new business opportunities and mapping in sales tools like SFDC Creating clear strategies to convert and long-term panel builder conversion plan Coordinating the information flow around sales activities. Providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales team Establishing strong customer relationships and building channel partner network Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including pre and post sales Maintaining updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and channel developments. Ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction Your background Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in electrical engineering Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management Experience in business development, direct sales, account management and cross-selling Should be able to work as individual contributor with LV switchgear in the south Gujarat market Knowledge of Industrial OEM customers and SFDC operations Should have good Communications and presentation skills More about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
