Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the internal team (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Service Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and provide technical support for mechanical products at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, seals, valves).
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services.
Train customers on proper usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain service documentation (reports, checklists, customer feedback).
Coordinate with the service manager for spares and escalation of unresolved issues.
General Duties:
Maintain knowledge of product specifications and industry trends.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or customer meets.
Provide feedback from the field to improve products or services.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during fieldwork.
