Solar Sales Representative - Job Roles & Responsibilities1.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Educate customers about solar energy benefits, cost savings, and environmental impact.
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct site visits to assess solar feasibility.
3.
Sales Presentations & Proposals
Deliver persuasive sales presentations (in-person/online).
Prepare customized solar system proposals, including ROI and payback period.
Explain financing, subsidies, and government incentives available.
4.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
Address customer objections with effective solutions.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
Ensure timely signing of agreements and smooth handover to operations team.
5.
Coordination with Technical & Operations Teams
Work closely with design/engineering teams to ensure feasibility of proposals.
Coordinate with project managers for installation timelines.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding.
6.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and incentive documents are correctly processed.
Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
7.
After-Sales Support
Follow up with customers post-installation for satisfaction.
Assist in warranty, service, or maintenance queries.
Encourage referrals and testimonials.
8.
Sales Targets & KPIs
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.
Continuously improve sales strategies to meet goals.
9.
Training & Market Awareness
Stay updated on solar technology, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Participate in training programs and industry events.
Educate customers on new product launches or upgrades.

Pay: ₹8,364.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
