The primary focus of this role will be to facilitate the seamless onboarding of brands onto the Amazon platform while ensuring their continued engagement and business relationship with us. Responsibilities: 1. Seller Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for brands onto the Amazon platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from setup to going live. 2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands, serving as the primary point of contact for their ongoing needs and inquiries related to the platform. 3. Consultation and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and consultancy to brands on optimizing their presence, product listings, and overall performance on Amazon to drive sales and growth. 4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement to enhance their success on the platform. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment and support for the brands onboarded. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce with a focus on onboarding, particularly in seller onboarding on Amazon. - Amazon Expertise: Proficient in navigating Amazon\'s Seller Central, understanding its tools, policies, and best practices. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with brands and internal stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess brand performance data and derive actionable insights. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure brand success on the platform. - Adaptability: Agility to adapt to the dynamic nature of e-commerce and Amazon\'s evolving policies and algorithms.
