Key Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled sales calls with Indian prospects (B2B clients).
Present service offerings and explain how our solutions solve client pain points.
Prepare and share professional proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Handle full-cycle sales -- from initial call to final closure and onboarding.
Manage follow-ups with potential clients to move them through the decision-making process.
Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
Collect and ensure timely monthly payments from clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal marketing, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in
B2B sales
or
agency/service-based sales
(preferably in digital marketing or SaaS industry).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Ability to create customized proposals and handle client objections effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
