Job Description

To promote and sell educational courses, training programs, and services offered by the institute. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential students, counseling them about suitable courses, and achieving admission and revenue targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Lead Generation & Enquiry Handling



Identify and connect with potential students through calls, walk-ins, social media, and references. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to different educational programs. Maintain and update leads in the CRM system or database.
2.

Counseling & Conversion



Understand student needs, career goals, and budget to recommend appropriate courses. Explain course features, fees, duration, career outcomes, and institute benefits clearly. Convert inquiries into admissions by offering personalized guidance and limited-time offers.
3.

Sales & Revenue Targets



Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Conduct telecalling and follow-up campaigns to meet sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell add-on courses or combo programs.
4.

Institutional & Field Visits



Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, or local events to promote programs. Distribute flyers, conduct presentations, and participate in education fairs. Build relationships with counselors, parents, and local influencers.
5.

Customer Relationship Management



Ensure high satisfaction among enrolled students and parents through timely communication. Handle post-admission support and referrals. Collect testimonials and feedback to improve offerings.
6.

Marketing Support



Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions, social media campaigns, and events. Suggest ideas to improve admissions and outreach strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any stream).

Experience:

0-3 years in sales, counseling, or education sector (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred) Persuasive and confident personality Basic computer and CRM knowledge Target-driven and self-motivated Good presentation and counseling skills

Pay: ₹9,028.06 - ₹39,385.43 per month

Work Location: In person
