Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations A Day in the Life Achieving secondary sales targetsmonthonmonth( How- be present in OTs at least 4 times a week, 4 quality sales calls every day, Key account management, key account profiles for top 5 accounts in the respective territory) Achieving Focusproducttargets-bothquantityandvalue-monthonmonth ( How - OT presence- 4times a week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeries performed,productdemonstrations,proactiveproduct evaluations ) AccountManagement:Driving sales targets for the assignedClassof Trade (COT) Customer relationship management Recommendingandorganizingmarketing activities Establishing long-term medical-scientific/strategicrelationships with Key Opinion Leaders(KOL\'s) and with related major medical associations and academicCentersof Excellence (COE\'s) Acting as a medical-scientific expert between Covidien and the medical community through the communication of medical-scientific evidence-based data. Organizing CME\'s [] and other marketing activities as approved by the marketing team in conjunction with the RegionalManagers. Timely reportingof weekly reportsandtrackers for focusproducts Must Have: Minimum Requirements 3-6 years of experience is required Bachelor in Science/BE in Biomedical Engineering PG degree in Business Management is preferred Candidate with highest qualification asDiplomaor degree fromDistance educationnottobeconsidered for therole Experienceof handling aConcept selling basedTherapy Exceptional interpersonal skills. Computerliteracy including sound knowledge ofthe MS Office suiteof software. Willing to travel extensively Ideally demonstratedsuccess in a sales function of technical equipment Nice to Have. .
