A Day in the Life

\xe2\x80\xa2 Meets or exceeds sales quota and increases total company market share in assigned territory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with the application specialist when and where applicable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for being a Synergy Capital & Spine \xe2\x80\x9cexpert\xe2\x80\x9d in the market place.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Aggressively solicits orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Aggressively seeks new customers and formulates and follow plans for such action as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Satisfy customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic policy and to advise Regional Sales Manager and Medtronic promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with all Medtronic policies.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Stay attentive to competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product and merchandizing practices and to keep the Regional Sales Manager and Medtronic informed concerning them.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities

\xe2\x80\xa2 Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s product range \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow the principles and adhere to the SFE practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains Consignments and Loaner inventory in line with company guidelines.. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperates with all personnel on the execution of Company programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creates and implem ents an annual business plan with quarterly updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides service to customers p er their individual needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submits reports and provides information as directed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adheres to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages business with Medtronic profitability in mind
Must Have: Minimum Requirements Must Have \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum Requirements
\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor in Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Required 3 to 7 years of experience
\xe2\x80\xa2 PG degree in Business Management is preferred

\xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate with highest qualification as Diploma or degree from Distance education not to be considered for the role
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of handling a Concept selling based Therapy
\xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional interpersonal skills.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel extensively
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ideally demonstrated success in a sales function of technical equipment
