You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.The goal is to meet and surpass the company\xe2\x80\x99s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.A Day in the Life\xc2\xb7 Meets or exceeds sales quota and increases total company market share in assigned territory.\xc2\xb7 Works in Government business taking care of central government and consultants like HLL ,ARMY ,HSCC etc\xc2\xb7 Partner with the application specialist when and where applicable.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for being a Enabling Technology \xe2\x80\x9cexpert\xe2\x80\x9d in the market place.\xc2\xb7 Aggressively solicits orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.\xc2\xb7 Aggressively seeks new customers and formulates and follow plans for such action as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.\xc2\xb7 Satisfy customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic policy and to advise Regional Sales Manager and Medtronic promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority.\xc2\xb7 Comply with all Medtronic policies.\xc2\xb7 Stay attentive to competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product and merchandizing practices and to keep the Regional Sales Manager and Medtronic informed concerning them.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities\xc2\xb7 Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s product range\xc2\xb7 Follow the principles and adhere to the SFE practices.\xc2\xb7 Maintains Consignments and Loaner inventory in line with company guidelines..\xc2\xb7 Prepares and submits call reports as required by Regional Sales Manager.\xc2\xb7 Recommends the additions of new products and the modification or deletions of present products to the line as appropriate.\xc2\xb7 Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.\xc2\xb7 Cooperates with all personnel on the execution of Company programs.\xc2\xb7 Creates and implements an annual business plan with quarterly updates.\xc2\xb7 Provides service to customers per their individual needs.\xc2\xb7 Submits reports and provides information as directed.\xc2\xb7 Adheres to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.\xc2\xb7 Manages business with Medtronic profitability in mindMust Have \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor in Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering.\xc2\xb7 Required 3 to 6 years of experience.\xc2\xb7 PG degree in Business Management is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Candidate with highest qualification as Diploma or degree from Distance education not to be considered for the role.\xc2\xb7 Experience of handling a Concept selling based Therapy.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel extensively.\xc2\xb7 Ideally demonstrated success in a sales function of technical equipmentNice to Have\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter.\xc2\xb7 Self Starter & High on Initiative.\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial Drive.\xc2\xb7 Innovative & Ideating nature.\xc2\xb7 Logical approach & reasoning skills while analyzing competition & market trends.\xc2\xb7 Ability to deal with ambiguity & persevere to resolve situation at hand.\xc2\xb7 Strong Analytical ability during customer/patient call.\xc2\xb7 Effective Time Management.\xc2\xb7 Execution Excellence.\xc2\xb7 High on energy & positive outlook.\xc2\xb7 Highly adaptable & flexible in action.\xc2\xb7 Customer focused: Understands and delivers customer service.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and positive.\xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base.About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
