Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components market.
Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate electronic components.
Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams on client side to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to stay updated on new product lines and availability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of electronic components and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
