We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. You will serve as the key link between our company and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Develop strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maximize sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
