In-Person Meetings & Trade Shows
Represent ShipScout at trade shows, industry events, and conferences
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and decision-makers
Deliver presentations, demos, and product explanations
Follow up promptly with trade show leads to close deals
Sales & Revenue Growth
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate records in CRM
Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product/operations team
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
Comfortable with
high-volume cold calling
and meeting clients in person
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, presentable, and able to engage with senior decision-makers
Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and occasionally to other cities for trade shows
Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, Excel, etc.)
Fluency in English and Hindi
