Position: Sales Reporting Assistant
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Timing: 12 PM to 9PM (Mon - Fri)
CTC Range: 6-8 LPA
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales support, reporting or administrative role
Position Summary:
The Sales Reporting Assistant is tasked with preparing sales reports for updates, KPI tracking, promotion analysis, and pricing and contract reviews. The Sales Reporting Assistant also supports data validation to maintain accuracy in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards to end-users for KPI monitoring and insight generation.
  • Support validation of report automations managed by IT to ensure data accuracy across all divisions.
  • Generate targeted lists for marketing promotions and track results to assess effectiveness.
Data Collection and Cleansing:
  • Collect and review sales data for potential errors, including, but not limited to, information on sales representatives, item categories, and customer categories.
  • Support the reconciliation of data from divisions not utilizing PowerBI to identify any discrepancies in reporting.
Pricing:
  • Gather relevant data for customer contract reviews to assess ongoing program profitability.
  • Examine and update price lists by removing obsolete and expired items and exclude discounts from closed accounts.
  • Create upload files for price list updates and customer modifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, reporting or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI, and reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, strong data accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global environment with various currencies.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries is a plus.
