About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on following up with leads to increase sales
2. Work on nurturing relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
3. Work on holding buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
4. Attract prospective clients to promote new business
5. Work on having local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood
