About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary/secondary sales in the residential/commercial/retail sales
2. Survey the specific location to find new sales opportunity
3. Comply with sales process and mechanism of the company and ensure business integrity
4. Gain in-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying & renting cycle
5. Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers at the various project/properties locations and facilitate deal closures for sales team
6. Work on maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
7. Work on visiting potential customers for new business, making accurate and rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
8. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
9. Maintain and update customer databases

Who can apply:

1. Should be a graduate
2. Male candidate with 2-wheeler based in south Mumbai is preferred
3. Both experienced candidates & freshers can apply
4. Should have a go-getter attitude and should be result-oriented
