Jainatva Food Products is a fast-growing FMCG brand. We are expanding our team in the Indore cluster and looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to drive retail sales and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Jainatva Food Products and create brand awareness at retail outlets, events, supermarkets, malls, and other customer touchpoints.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage potential customers.
Convince customers to purchase products and achieve sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure proper visibility at retail locations.
Collect customer details, fill forms, and submit reports to supervisors.
Handle customer interactions politely, patiently, and professionally.
Work according to retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG product promotion or retail sales.
12th Pass or Undergraduate; Freshers and Interns are welcome.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Convincing ability, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Willingness to work in retail environments and handle customer situations professionally.
