The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, proposal development, client conversion and sales pipeline management. This role will play a key part in expanding our solar business footprint and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Solar Ground Mount segment2. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls, networking and referrals3. Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions4. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals5. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies6. Maintain relationships with key clients and provide post-sales support7. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, project execution) to ensure smooth handover and execution8.
