This role requires extensive travel to industrial sites, client facilities, OEMs, and dealers across the country. The ideal candidate must combine technical knowledge with strong marketing and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell safety products for EOT cranes (e.g., Load Controllers, Inclinometers).- Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel plants, heavy machinery manufacturers, material handling OEMs, and other heavy engineering sectors.- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training at client sites.- Build and maintain relationships with purchase, design, maintenance, and safety teams in target organizations.- Work closely with the design and technical support teams to customize product solutions as per client needs.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the product development team.- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.- Prepare and maintain records of client visits, technical discussions, and project pipelines using CRM tools or spreadsheets.Candidate Requirements:Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing or technical sales in the heavy engineering or industrial automation sector.Strong understanding of industrial safety products and applications in crane operations is preferred.Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools.Preferred Backgrounds:- Previous experience in selling products like crane automation, safety systems, load monitoring, hoisting equipment, etc.- Familiarity with key industrial regions and clients in steel, cement, power, ports, or manufacturing sectors.Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Travel allowance, incentives, and performance bonuses- Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly growing industrial safety segmen (ref:updazz.com)
