Job Description

Sales Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cold chain sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cold chain solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account management.

Operations Responsibilities



Oversee daily cold chain logistics, storage, and distribution operations. Coordinate with transport teams, warehouse staff, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor temperature-controlled operations to ensure product integrity. Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure SLA compliance. Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatches, and operational reports. Ensure adherence to cold chain compliance standards and safety requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams for seamless service execution. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism. Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

3-5 years in sales and operations within the

cold chain or temperature-controlled logistics industry

. Strong knowledge of cold chain processes, storage requirements, transport handling, and temperature monitoring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with refrigerated transport, cold storage. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cold chain operations.

Pay: ₹13,829.33 - ₹68,139.24 per month
