Sales Operations is the \xe2\x80\x9cglue\xe2\x80\x9d that unites Finance, Marketing, and Sales and you\'ll be working with both India- and United States-based teams. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for our Customer, Sales, Forecast, and Contracts data and providing analytics and insights to help drive both faster and more accurate business decisions. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience with key applications such as Salesforce.com, Pardot, NetSuite, and Clari and assist in all facets of sales analysis, reporting, and business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Operations Manager in day-to-day reporting tasks and management of Salesforce.com.
  • Work closely with other teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure reporting and data accuracy.
  • Manage/update account and contact data with most up-to-date data available.
  • Leveraging a database/research service (Biomedtracker) to update and analyze pre-commercial drug pipelines within our Salesforce.com instance.
  • Assume co-ownership with the Sales Operations Manager of managing Asset/Subscriptions in our Salesforce.com instance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to data hygiene.
  • Become fluent in our Salesforce.com instance as well as other business intelligence tools.
  • Work side by side with the Sales Operations Manager to help identify new tools and improve current systems for better reporting accuracy and user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of Sales, Marketing and/or Financial operational management support experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and business intelligence tools
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • High level communication skills
  • Self-motivated professional with a high level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Shows a passion for working with data and analytics
  • Inquisitive about the Life Sciences industry
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
