The Sales Operation Analys t will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Create, Review, Validate and Modify the Sales Order in ERP.
  • Validate and maintain Sales Orders related documents and tax Exemption documents.
  • Creating and Modifying the Quotes in ERP (NetSuite)
  • Creating the Credit Forecast.
  • Responsible for Pre-Sales tax updates
  • Responsible Project Reconciliation and Sales Orders Close Outs.
  • Monitoring Sales Orders approvals Status to ensure the Orders are completed timely.
  • Identifying the opportunities for operational improvements, including Time Saving and Cost Saving opportunities.
  • Follow up with Cross Functional departments to ensure timely approvals of the Sales Orders.
  • Team player and should be able to take up additional Tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge in Excel.
  • Responsible for maintaining warranty Attributes


Here is some of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll need (required)\xe2\x80\xa6
  • MBA/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Sound Knowledge in Order Management with ERP(NetSuite) Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to achieve timelines.
