Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reports and Insights to senior leadership for weekly\ monthly\ quarterly reviews with a drive for accuracy and on time delivery.
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization by driving Trace compliance.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Assists the internal & External stakeholders in identifying bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates in continuous process improvement.
  • Tracking and publishing important Sales Metrics such as Funnel ,Pipeline ,Gross Funnel Adds and Win Ratios to the vertical teams on a regular basis.
  • Efficient distribution of sales reports and other Insights essential to the sales organization. Should be capable of doing revisions to existing reports by bringing in automation.
  • Ensures driving compliance of emerging technologies to field force teams by providing inputs from sales systems.
  • Should be able to provide inputs to senior leadership in the administration of sales performance dashboards and collaborate with other functions like Finance, Human Resources and other central teams and supports the implementation of Wipro Sales initiatives.
Key Skills
  • Should have excellent working knowledge of MS Tools, excellent Excel & analytical skills, works independently with minimum supervision, great collaboration skills and be able to deliver with a drive for accuracy and timeliness.
  • 4 - 6 years of professional experience in IT industry.
  • Passion for Business Analysis, reporting and Automation and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Power BI or other BI tools will be an added advantage
