Identify and generate new sales opportunities by visiting markets
, retailers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly sales targets
through regular field visits and effective product promotion.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Collect orders from market partners and coordinate with the supply team for timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes,
and market trends and share regular updates.
Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes as per company guidelines.
Resolve customer or retailer issues
promptly to ensure high satisfaction and smooth operations.
Maintain daily sales reports, market visit reports, and update CRM/ERP as required.
Work closely with the sales manager to plan routes, improve coverage, and increase market penetration.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Field Sales (preferably in FMCG Industry)
Education:
12th pass or graduate from in any stream.
