Roles and Responsibilities Handle a team of 5 to 6 sales executives; motivate and train team to increase sales and improve customer relations; Monitor the activities of the sales team and follow up on productive delivery of set targets and expected results. Product Promotion and New outlet creation. Derive market intelligence, market trends and competitor strategy; Collaborate with market intelligence specialists Weekly reporting, promotion planning and forecasting Take part in promotion events and initiate innovative strategy to promote sales.
