Job Profile As a Sales Officer in the General/ Modern Trade department, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding market share for our products. You will work closely with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to ensure optimal product availability and visibility. Role & responsibilities Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and providing
- Support as needed with regular field visits
- Create and carry out sales strategies to meet goals, track sales performance indicators, and examine data to spot patterns.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop promotional strategies, pricing policies, and trade incentives to drive sales growth
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to prevent stockouts and minimize waste
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses of their accounts
- FMCG background is preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in General trade/Modern trade or Institutional sale.
- Proven experience in sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry
