We are hiring for our client based out at Karol bagh-West Delhi Senior Sales Officer We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. The Sales Officer\'s responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. \xef\x82\xb7 Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees. \xef\x82\xb7 Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. \xef\x82\xb7 Answering customers\' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. \xef\x82\xb7 Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Analysing competitors\' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. Senior Sales Office Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Experience- minimum 3 years \xef\x82\xb7 PREFERABLE FROM FMCG BACKGROUND \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven sales experience \xef\x82\xb7 Should have worked with distributers and retailers. \xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of achieving sales targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Effective communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Exceptional customer service skills \xef\x82\xb7 Vehicle is mandatory. \xef\x82\xb7 Smart phone is necessary.
