As part of our expansion plan, we have openings for Sales Officers in the region of Tamil Nadu. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for meeting assigned Sales targets as per annual business plan. 2. Develop distributor & dealer network in the assigned area to achieve defined business goals. 3. Ensuring sale of all Products & SKUs available across the assigned market area. 4. Daily sales and collection reporting to the respective team leader. 5. Conducting regular distributor/dealer audit to assess market potential & estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale. 6. Ensure complete market coverage along with result oriented and focussed working. 7. Ensure continuous developmental & promotional activities with the farmers.8. Provide assistance and training to farmers for all company products and their application. 9. Provide accurate feedback for product improvement and new product development. 10. Ensure smooth closure of all market issues/complaints in coordination with various departments. Skills - sales, collections, demand generation, negotiation. Must have good knowledge of local geography. Basic Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Graduation from any discipline Salary - As Per Industry Trends (fixed + Attractive Variable Incentives) Number of openings - 5 Locations - Salem, Namakkal, Coimbatore, Villupuram, Kanchipuram Candidates with experience in Agriculture, FMCG and paints can apply.
