Job Responsibilities
Drive B2B and Retail Sales of the spices range.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Identify and onboard new customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and share reports with management.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Contribute to brand growth and visibility in the spices category.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Spices / Edible Oil sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Good knowledge of the local market.
