Job Description

A sales officer is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals to meet sales targets. Key duties include market research, developing sales strategies, product demonstrations, negotiating, resolving customer inquiries, and reporting on sales performance. Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:

  • Identify and prospect new clients, and manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Present products and services, and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients.
Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and align sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide sales insights and analysis to management for performance improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
