About the Role:

MVL Ltd. is looking for a highly capable

Sales & Marketing Manager

to develop and execute sales and marketing plans across our ongoing and upcoming projects in

Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan

. The role demands strategic planning, execution, and leadership to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to boost project sales.

Supervise and guide sales teams across multiple project locations.

Oversee both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with CRM, operations, and project teams for end-to-end client management.

Monitor competition and market trends to recommend pricing and positioning.

Experience & Skills Required:

Experience:

6-10 years in real estate sales and marketing.

In-depth understanding of property markets across

Delhi, Haryana & Rajasthan

.

Strong leadership, analytical, and marketing planning skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

?8.4 LPA - ?12 LPA

(?70,000-?1,00,000 per month) + Performance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
