We are seeking a results-driven Dynamic "Sales & Marketing Manager" with a strong background in Paint technology and a proven track record in the Paints & Coatings industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
: -
Promote and sell Industrial Paint & coatings to customers in the paint and allied industries
Identify and develop new customers, markets, and segments to expand sales reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company's growth plans
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and provide after-sales support
Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to address customer requirements and queries
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Key Requirements
:
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the paint & coating industry
Strong technical understanding of resins, coatings, and related raw materials
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Proficient in MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
