Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential clients for manpower and recruitment services.
Conduct market research to identify target industries and decision-makers.
Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and corporate visits.
Present company services and tailor proposals to meet client staffing needs.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop long-term business relationships with key clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client and lead data using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales or business development
, preferably in a
manpower consultancy, recruitment agency, or HR services
industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of market trends, industry requirements, and client acquisition strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
