Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketplace key account managers, website cataloguers, and other marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee the management of our physical fashion stores, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive the growth of our e-commerce platforms through effective digital marketing strategies, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, and retail operations, to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the fashion retail industry, with a focus on both physical stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
