As a Marketing Executive at Geocon Products, you will spearhead efforts to bolster our market presence and drive sales across our wide industrial sectors, including construction chemicals, coatings, inks, oil and gas, and electronics. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of marketing strategies, the identification of new business opportunities, and the cultivation of strong relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies to elevate the visibility of Geocon Products across targeted markets.
• Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, competitor movements, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales Manager and Directors to nurture leads, support sales initiatives, and reach or exceed sales goals.
• Develop content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Offer market insights to our product development team to guide innovation and enhance product offerings.
• Evaluate the impact of marketing strategies and campaigns, adjusting tactics accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Visit regularly to the potential client and take review of product development.
• Regularly visit clients to discuss product developments and report on product trials, ensuring our offerings meet their specific needs and feedback.
• Provide valuable market insights to our product development team, influencing innovation and product improvements.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans as necessary to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, ideally within the construction chemicals, coatings, inks, oil and gas, or electronics sectors.
• Deep understanding of chemical raw materials and their applications across various industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach to marketing tasks.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, participate in trials, and attend industry events.
