Roles and responsibilities:

Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to achieve desired growth targets in line with company strategy. Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations to inform decision making around new business opportunities. Create sales strategies and go-to-market plans for the products and services, as well as existing ones in need of revitalization. Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring they are on brand and align with business objectives. Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them reach their full potential. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify areas of opportunity or threat for the business. Benchmark competitors' offerings, strategies, and performance to inform own decision making. Develop financial models to support business planning and decision making. Prepare presentations for senior management, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. Manage external relationships with consultants, analysts, and other third parties.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
