Job Description

  • Preferred immediate joiners with good communication skills
  • Generate leads through direct marketing and digital marketing
  • Organize and participate in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions to generate customer database
  • Execute marketing plans and effective distribution of marketing collaterals
  • Maintain and update customer database on the CRM platform
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Conduct market research through questionnaires with specific focus on customer groups
  • Customer handling and site visits
  • Functioning as a single point of contact for the customer and hand-holding the customer from initial enquiry to closing sales order
  • Making follow-up calls and updating the same in the report
  • Working on booking and collection targets
  • Reporting daily performance to the Reporting Manager
